Winning the W.A.R. on the track

The W.A.R. Chip has been gaining popularity since day one. Its ease of installation, ease of use and proven effectiveness has helped its users make their cars more powerful and drivable than ever before.

Now, the W.A.R. Chip is proving itself around the continent where it counts the most — the track. By helping its users take full advantage of their custom engines and retain their stock ECU racers are placing better and even coming out on top while saving a few dollars!

Dave K. of Earleton, Florida and his track prepped OBDI 328 was finishing mid pack in his class. After installing the W.A.R. Chip and having us remote tune his car via email, Dave gained 35+ WHP and is now finishing consistently on top.

Dave has had a couple different engine configurations since he started using the W.A.R. Chip and each time he makes a large enough change we have helped remote tune his car to make the most out of his build.

The W.A.R. Chip’s Tune Command Module (TCM) is offering more flexibility to racers too! Users are able to store up to 4 different tunes on the W.A.R. chip. This is great for racers as you can have different rev limits programmed for different courses where you may need the extra room or you may want a completely different tune for a different style of racing. Four tunes are selectable on the fly from inside the cabin.

Other race users who have been running common, brand name chips, are starting to switch over to the W.A.R. Chip to get away from “generic” software and maximize their power. Some users have seen gains upwards of 10 WHP over their previous brand name “off the shelf tune” giving them the edge they need to overtake their competition.
