Just a quick note, the 2.7/3.0L base map is out for the 3" maf housing, what about for the 2.5" housing 2.7 engine?

Brody, if you could let us know if you have or can modify the base map to run good as on the 2.5" housing cos i will need one please and am sure a few of us would be happy for it.

Hey Jimi,

The Stroker Base tune requires the 3.0" Housing. The reason being is that the stock, 2.7" housing is too small for the added air flow and the sensor maxes out. There is no way around that tuning wise. I can send you a 3.0" Housing as that is the only way to have a proper tune.

Hi brody, thanks for replying, can i ask, is there any way to fit the 3" maf to the 2.5 airflow pipe, ive put my car back to standard inlet mannifold..

I have 2.5" short piece of pipe, now if i was to connect it up to the air flow pipe as an adapter then purchase a 3" silicone pipe then fit the 3" maf - would it work together? or would i have running problmes? Also brody how much will the 3" maf housing cost.

Hey Jimi,

Sorry, I didn't read your last post. Yes, you can use the 3.0" housing with the stock inlet elbow, you just need a silicone adapter like you mentioned. However, this week we uploaded a user submitted tune in the WAR room for a 2.7L stroker using the 2.7" MAF housing. The car was a E with I head, so your build may need a bit of a massage for the tune. Try that out and see how it feels, you are a 2.7L right?

Hi brody, thanks for replying back, yes i have a 2.7, now i currently have the 3" maf housing!! and cant use the war chip system on my standard setup, if i cant get the tune right i may need to resort to a 2.5" housing, can you tell me the price for a 2.5" housing just in case i need to use that brody, i did originally used the 3" on my throttlebodies but as said i went back to standard and now the housing is redundant to me.
