Twin Screw M3

We were approached by a local customer to do some simple maintenance on his 1997 Supercharged M3. The super charger was installed by another company in the past. While the car was in for a Cometic head gasket and some other suspension upgrades; the customer decided to go with a full custom exhaust.

Replacing his current cat-back system, we used RMS headers, and a full sanitary stainless exhaust system with high flow cats and a great flowing muffler. This was designed for us by Passnger Theromodynamic Engineering. A company that is based in our building.

You may wonder why we use sanitary grade stainless. It is definitely some of the most expensive stainless steel out there, but it allows us to guarantee our systems for LIFE. With full penetration welding, in a purged environment (zero oxygen) we can guarantee our welds 100% utilizing sanitary fittings also, makes for an exhaust system that is above the rest. No other BMW performance company offers an exhaust system of this caliber.

This is one of the highest horsepower Twin screw M3's on the continent and probably the most powerful in the country thanks to the base tune From TRM and a little tweaking from us.
