Increase your horsepower by replacing your engine's mechanical fan with the Miller Smart Fan kit. With our new Smart Fan system, you can control the electric fan based on temperature and RPM. The Miller Smart Fan Kit gives you a truly variable fan speed. Instead of having an ON/OFF switch or a constantly running fan, the Miller Smart Fan system will allow you to turn it off at any given RPM, have it come on at varying intensity for different temperatures and RPM etc, all done through the stock ECU!

The Miller Smart Fan is completely plug and play, with no need to splice wires or install extra controllers, you will have minimal downtime. A reasonably skilled person will be able to install the system in under an hour! Freeing up horsepower that is already there is just another perk to eliminating your stock mechanical fan.

The Miller Smart Fan comes with a few options. Because it is ECU controlled, a reprogrammed chip comes with the system. If you already have a performance chip, or our MAF conversion with chip, simply choose between our performance tuned Smart Fan software or update your MAF software to include the Smart Fan programming.

If you have the W.A.R. Chip you will have complete control of your fan's operation. With this purchase, you will receive an updated .ECU configuration plug-in that will unlock the Smart Fan Control tab. Here you can adjust what temperatures trigger what speeds of the fan, what RPM's the fan operates at etc. You will need to puchase the Smart Fan Plugin for the W.A.R. Chip here.

The Miller Smart Fan kits are pretty universal in terms of fan applications. If you already have a fan, or would like to use a cheaper fan, the choice is yours. Our Smart Fan system lets you choose if you want to purchase our fan or use your own. The wiring harness included comes with the proper connectors, male and female ends to tap into your fan's wire leads. This wiring harness, like all of our products are completely plug and play. There is NO splicing required (unless you use your existing E-Fan) and installs in as little as 20 minutes.
