When and how, was Miller Performance created?Founder Dan Miller has loved BMW's since childhood. In 2004, Dan Miller built the first prototype Miller car. The famed yellow "T35" which at the time was only an after work hobby car. Pouring over 1000 hours into it and countless amounts of money, the yellow car started to turn heads. In April of 2006, Miller performance was officially incorporated in the Province of British Columbia. With the first product, the MAF conversion system Miller performance started off very slowly. In December of 2006 Miller Performance hit the internet scene. With Brody Saari's help, Miller performance now had a website. In January of 2007, after an unbelievable first month of online business Dan Miller asked Brody Saari to come into Miller Performance as 50/50 Partners. Since then, Dan has been able to focus strictly on engineering and design of their products while Brody manages the business and marketing aspect. Where is Miller Performance Located?Miller Performance is Located in a rapidly expanding city - Abbotsford, BC. Located about 45 minutes east of Vancouver Abbotsford is a great city to live and work in. The weather here is like any other westcoast area, With beautiful summers and rainy winters, Canada isn't a completely frozen landscape. What is Miller Performance's Shipping Policy?Miller Performance uses UPS for all its Continental North American shipments. Miller Performance does not cover return shipments unless otherwise noted. For international shipments (outside North America) a flat fee of 50.00 is charged. What type of return/warranty policy does Miller Performance have?Miller Performance Ltd. warrants that products manufactured by Miller Performance Ltd will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life that you own your vehicle. If any such product proves defective during the applicable warranty period, Miller Performance Ltd., at its option, either will repair the defective product with charge for labor or will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. Items not manufactured by Miller Performance Ltd. Have a limited warranty of one year past the date of purchase. There is NO warranty on Electronics. In order to obtain service under this warranty, the customer must notify Miller Performance Ltd. of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period and make suitable arrangements for the performance of service. In all cases the customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the defective product back to the service center specified by Miller Performance Ltd., with shipping charges prepaid. Miller Performance Ltd. shall pay for the return of the product to the customer if the shipment is within This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or failure to observe proper operating procedures per the product specification or operators manual or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. Miller Performance Ltd. shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty 1) to repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than Miller Performance Ltds.’ representatives to repair or service the product; 2) to repair damage resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment; 3) to repair damage resulting from operation outside of the operating or environmental specifications of the product. MILLER PERFORMANCE LTD. LIABILITY FOR THE MERCHANTABILITY AND USE OF THE PRODUCT IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO ITS WARRANTY SET OUT ABOVE.
