Miller e34 Stage 1 Turbo system- Now Available, Results Inside!
The current project is under way and will be finished in the next week or so and will deliver a basic non-intercooled turbo system with the option of water injection. With our MS engine system making well over 500 wheel horsepower, a respectable power output for our non-intercooled setup is to be expected. The goal with this system is to be affordable for everyone. With a slightly higher price than the competion, you can be assured that you are getting far better quality, and a safe reliable power source. With a massive 4 inch Intake on a Garret GT-35 Ball bearing turbo, spool up is fast and effortless. 3 inch charge piping with a built in MAF sensor and a butterfly style BOV allowing for amazing drivability. Built out of food grade American stainless with full penetration welds, we can guarantee our stainless parts for life. The 3 inch stainless down pipe and waste gate merge are ceramic coated to withstand the high heat environment they are constantly subject to, another part of the system that is guaranteed for life. This basic turbo system from Miller Performance comes FULLY tuned on 36# injectors. Unlike competitors systems that only provide a chip with modified timing and suggest you to go with “Mega Squirt;” the Miller Performance turbo system comes FULLY tuned with a chip you replace in your factory ECU. This no issue, no headaches approach to tuning your turbo system is the only way to go for reliable drivability. It is safe to say that it will put down 340 wheel horsepower and 330 wheel torque! Measured on a Mustang 1100SE chassis dynamometer, this is a very conservative reading dyno compared to a DynoJet which is what many companies use to publish power figures.
This power figure comes from an engine that is holding good compression, and is running tight. The engine had 300,000 KM's so by all means, it has seen its fair share of wear. These engines are great for boost - and it puts out an impressive and safe amount of power for a non-intercooled setup. With a completely tuned chip, this kit is completely bolt on with no headaches.
