On top of the reprogramming required to run the S54 outside of the e46 chassis, the software is performance tuned as well making the entire upgrade fully worthwhile. The ECU can be further modified to suit a number of performance upgrades as well as other feature you may want.
 

How it works:

Step 1: After purchasing, you send your core ECU to us (unless you want us to supply one)

Step 2: We will send your ECU back, fully tuned along with the W.A.R. FTS cable for future revisions.

Step 3: If you haven't already followed our wiring instructions, do so before trying to start the car

Step 4: Use the W.A.R. Flash Tune System to write any tune revisions you need us to email you.
