Shipping Policy

NORTH AMERICA

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is calculated at the time of checkout for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping is calculated based on package weight, dimension and zip code. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US and Canada via FedEx. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day shipping was selected. MILLER PERFORMANCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY OR TAX CHARGED ON SHIPMENTS. OUR INVOICES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY TAX OR DUTY.

HAWAII CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping is $29.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii are shipped via Canada Post "Xpresspost - USA" and arrive within 7 business days.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO AND GUAM CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping is $39.95 per order. Your order will ship via Canada Post "Xpresspost - USA" from our facility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Tracking may or may not be able to be provided.

MILITARY / AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping is $39.95 per order. Your order will ship via Canada Post "Xpresspost - USA" from our facility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Tracking may or may not be able to be provided.CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA

The cost for shipping is $85.00 for most items (Anything that fits in an 8x8x8 box). Oversized items range from $100 to $200. Your order will ship via Canada Post "Xpresspost" from our facility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. MILLER PERFORMANCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY OR TAX CHARGED ON SHIPMENTS. OUR INVOICES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY TAX OR DUTY. Contact your local customs office to determine what, if any, fees will be levied on shipments arriving to you.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order has shipped. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.

SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

FED EX: If your package is being shipped via FedEx, you will receive a tracking number in a seperate email directly from FedEx on our behalf. If you see your order has been marked shipped, but do not see a tracking number, please check your junk mail or spam folder. You can click on the link in the email to track your package OR enter you tracking number at http://www.fedex.com/us/track/

CANADA POST: If your country participates in the Canada Post trackable package program you will be emailed a tracking number once your item has shipped. Some countries do not have the necessary infastructure to provide package tracking and therefore we cannot provide a tracking number with SOME shipments. When your order status is changed to ship, you will get an email containing your tracking number. You can track you package at www.canadapost.ca

DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE

FedEx shipments are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Canada Post shipments are sent Wednesday and Fridays.

Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
