Miller Performance today announced that it has finalized a contract to build a complete ground up 745i super car.
“We’re excited to get started on this project to showcase our products and technology”, said owner Dan Miller. “This car will become the benchmark in what is achievable from these engines mated to our turbo products.” “This car will have every major component upgraded and improved to take advantage of the technological improvements that Miller Performance is able to offer its clients”.
“This is going to be like no other 745i” said client Dave Whyte of Vancouver. “I had been researching the 745 market and various tuners for over 2 years. After speaking to Dan many times I became very interested in the possibilities of creating a reliable, updated 745 that addressed all the old vacuum and electronic issues the e23’s have been known for, yet would have true super car performance not only in power, but braking, handling, and drivability as well.”
“After meeting Dan and seeing his cars, facilities, and more importantly hearing his knowledge and enthusiasm for these cars, I decided to move ahead with Miller Performance. I felt that the quality in the Miller Performance products set them above and beyond many of their competitors. The amount of R&D that has been invested in developing their products speaks for itself, not only in performance gains, but also the finished fit and finish quality. This car should defiantly give the new M5 a run for its money, and for about $ 75,000 less!” Whyte continued.
“This project offers us the chance to showcase not only the Miller Performance product line, but our expertise and experience in engineering a complete, reliable super car with a power output in excess of 500bhp.” said Miller |
