Miller M-f/s Intake Manifold This Manifold is the perfect way to fuel your BMW turbo system. With a 6 extra injectors, (two injectors per cylinder) built into its design, this manifold will support the highest amount of HP as it does not only fuel your engine but it cools it as well. The fuel gets injected before it reaches the cylinder and gets a chance to cool the charge even more. This provides further cooling to the charge on top of your other charge cooling systems. This Manifold also helps with driveability. Operating only under boost, the M-f/s will deliver extra fuel only when needed. This helps with gas mileage. Unlike Larger injectors which are providing more fuel constantly, the M-f/s only operates when it needs to, thus maintaining a good level of fuel economy. The use of this Manifold with the Miller MAF Kit™ makes for ultimate results!
Common Questions.
Why would you use 6 EXTRA injectors? Whats wrong with just using bigger injectors? There is nothing wrong with using 6 bigger injectors. However, we feel that using extra injectors you achieve a finer range of tuning. The more fine tuned your car is the better the overall driving experience is. How do you tune the extra injectors? Will they work with other Engine Management Systems? The 6 extra injectors are tuned on an RPM vs. Boost curve. They will only supply more fuel when needed. This way your not loosing fuel efficiency and the overall driveability of your car has been kept if not improved. Our systems and therefore components are designed to be used with our software. However, that being said, it is not impossible to use another EMS to use our products. With the vast array of custom set ups out there we cannot figure out tuning for every single possible combination of hardware/EMS people use. We can provide advice or assistance if you are using other EMS software along with some of our products. Keep in mind, if you do use our products AND our software we can provide unlimited technical support. |
